sigh i have a slight problem starting the game. I'm applying the loader, all goes to the social club app, when i click play- it says that update is required for the games for window live.. following the link thru the rockstar's page link- nothing happens as if is a faulty url..
Checking my live installation folder, there is only DX redist folder..and i've tried to reinstall the bloody thing
any help ?
edit: nvm, fixed it let's see now how crappy is this game

for some reason none of the commandline switches work for me... i'm trying to run -windowed right now b/c that's the easiest to check. I am logged into the club... the launcher launches the game straight (after the black dos window that is)
how do you check fps btw

Is there a command to turn Bloom OFF damnit ???
Fucking Rockstar are rendering Bloom at 10 which really kills systems...
Bloom sucks period...

Why 0x0008 group is listed on Nforce (and always nuked releases) if the guys stole stuff from others ?
That's weird.
Is there a way to play GTA4 without shadows ?

All cracks except the fed0r loader. But then you got all trigger problems, like wobly cam and so on....
Stil no proper all working crack!!!

is there a way to disable completely shadows? i dont want shadows, my gpu can't handle.

I must be an idiot. I can't get it to play in window mode with non-working crack. I have to press the PLAY button on RSC to start it, hence the shortcut to the exe is void? Argh?

Game keeps on CTD'ing on me after a while of playing every time. Anyone else have that? I've installed the 180.60 NVidia drivers and I'm playing on 1024 with everything on default for my system.

The newest drivers increase performance or anything? I'm using old drivers with 25+ FPS at fedor crack and maxed my restricted settings.
For nvidia.

I havent really tried.
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.
