I'm pessimistic. In Germany the conferrers have no rights for the game. So I think it will also have the fucking DRM-crap. But it's only speculation. Does anybody knows more?

Is this game officially called POP Ghosts of the Past or is it merely the working title?

Is there any review? On a German internet page (4players) the XBOX360 and PS3 version only got 70% .

You have impressions in the console section and yes it is the worst POP ever.

Sands of Times was better for its time.
Here the Prince can't even climb on poles, nor go to the top of columns, which is a bit of a let down after Assassin's Creed or Tomb Raider Underworld. Plus I find him really "heavy" to control, like a tank you know, gameplay is weird and isn't as responsive as in any of these games i'm making references to.
Did I mention it gets repetitive too ? If you hated Assassin's Creed, you will hate this for sure. Personnally I liked AC, but still I can't see myself playing this PoP more than 1hour, and for now the DVD is staying in the pile... If you loved TRU or AC, then give it a shot, but I doubt you'll find anything new.

Bullshit. You've clearly never played Prince of Persia 3D.

Bullshit. You've clearly never played Prince of Persia 3D. | I meant more modern POP's troll, not the stuff from 1992 I don't take those into account and I don't think ubisoft made the old ones at all.

also From Gamespy's PC review :
It's also worth noting that the disc-based version of PoP (which we played for review) doesn't have any copy protection to stifle your system. An Ubisoft rep told us that there will be copy protection for digital versions, although we found few details around the net on the eve of release.

People that buy games care, a shame they decided to do this 'noble' move on POP I guess the game really is crap, if it was a hit they would have used the worst protection available.

In what way in the past has the CP been related to the quality of the game Are games with a light CP crap? Starforce games must've been brilliant by that logic. | I'm trying to guess what made them do this, remember this is ubisoft they like hard-ass protection and they used starforce extensively until they got sued then they stopped, AC had safedisk, FC2 securom you can see the pattern, I'll bet the next big game they put out will be another securom piece off shit, this no protection thing will not become a trend (if it's true at all).
