Not exactly... you know how people die, but you can't prevent it... yet.

Maybe there's a pattern, right? Like some games being played by everyone banned, same version of DVD-rom etc.

Haha Micro$oft won't win. I've exchanged my 4th 360 (was banned only once, others burned out) and got a Liteon....well just took it easy, I knew i'd win in the end, and voila, got my xecutor CK3 last night, flashed it, works perfect!
One BIG TIP!! Use abgx360 to check your downloaded games. It's much better than Mulleter.
One question no one seems to know the answer to is, if abgx360 doesn't find the .ini (b/c say the game was too new to be in the abgx database), is it ok? Meaning, can it still be treated as a valid scene release? Also, don't use torrents!
Because I ran abgx on GOW2 and it couldn't find the .ini for the SS, so I ran it with auto correct level 3 and it fixed it, so i just burned the fixed version, works great! All checks 100%.
Also I love the liteon drive, it's much better quality and quieter than all the others ones.

One tip for people with flashed Liteons or perhaps with a big backup collection of older games. Don't throw your discs away. If it's missing an ini or the VidSplit is incorrect, just use CloneCD to rip the iso off your backup disc (it already has all the proper SS and DMI info, so no need for Kreon or anything like that) and run that image through abgx, it'll fix it and you'll be able to reburn it, the only cost is 1 lost disc! I hope I am not the only one. I modded my third 360, just cause its a liteon and I wanted to see if the new jungleflasher thingie worked, which it did. I am still only playing original disks except for the one I used to test if the flashing worked. It would be ironic if I got banned now!!!

Well yeah there's at least an idea. Did you use mulleter or abgx to check your isos? Did you use discs on live before they hit retail? What type of drives do you have? What ixtreme version? etc....there's a lot you can do to be safer!
