Uhhh Iphone & Jailbreak. There really isn't anything better on the market right now IMO.

Jailbreak an Iphone, Play Playstation 1 on your phone. Nuff said.

Ignore the nonsense above.

1. Iphone has no real GPS (A-GPS is lolable).
2. PS1 is unplayable on Iphone unless it's some meditative shit that doesn't requre tight controls

As to N95. It's a nice phone, but as to GPS - it's very unstable compared to any navigator or WM device with GPS. Uber long cold start, needs to be under open sky all the time etc. etc. etc. And most important point - absence of qwerty keyboard and/or touchscreen makes route plotting very hard. Imagine inputting destination via standard phone keys.

If GPS is a must, I'd advise you to look at Windows Mobile devices with normal SirfIII & co receivers. Most of the new models come with GPS and Wifi of course.

As I said before 99,9% of symbian phones don't have touch screen which is very unhandy if you need GPS.

If you absolutely want Symbian I'd recommend the new Nokia 5800 with a large enough touch screen - GPS works great on it.

Yea I love my W800i but its time to move on now, The Charge / Data socket has gone all crappy (wont connect most of the time, I ended up giving in one day as it wouldnt connect and charge even after cleaning the contacts) and the control stick is on its way out, I end up calling people that I dont want to as its hard to get the up / down direction to work. Overall if SE used the Nokia syle charge jack plug and a button style direction pad instead of a joystick I would still be using the phone as its virtually indestructible. Its lasted about 4 years and only cost £60 so was worth it Smile

Anyway, I won a Mint N95 on Ebay for £139 with all the accessories which isnt bad Very Happy Very Happy

Nokia N96 would be my choice if I bought a new phone now. N95 is the best phone I've ever had(and I've had alot of phones) and N96 is the successor to N95.

What you need to do is stop focusing on all these half ass'ed features phones come packed with. My previous N95's GPS was useless and it's camera although good for a phone was passable.

So what I learned was to use separate dedicated devices instead of buying a phones that are trying to do it all because most of those features are not executed correctly to begin with.
