well maybe do a ebay search in the uk nearly all the listings have gone, and those that were there have now ended with lots of stock numbers still remaining I know this becuase every listing I had a watch on with my ebay account and all have ended without ending on 0 and those sellers then closed the listings early.
its not the first time something has been claimed to be region free then turned out not to be I know becuase I ask on ebay with those sellers saying weeks in advance something will be region free, then I ask when its out then they say it was region locked, search arround for future releases there are a lot of region free pre orders!
as long as they give a refund there is nothing wrong with it.
then again if you go and pre-order something on ebay you have whats coming to you anyway empty promises.
your better of pre-ordering with play-asia or a place with pics showing they do actualy have them.
though there was one seller claiming they had it in stock and it was region free hmmm cant remember which seller that was but thats a bad one out of countless sellers doing the right thing.

My biggest complaint with this game is the fact that you cant invert your camera controls. Not vertical, not horizontal ... only when "shooting" which is fine, but since Im forced to play the other 90% of the goddamn game fighting the controls, Id rather not get confused when it comes time to shoot something. This in my opinion is SOOOOO easy for developers to add in that I find it ridiculous when its not there. That being said, it should also be super easy to patch in and I hope they do.

The asian version is out in stores for real now, so only a matter of time until we know whether its truly region free or not.
Edit: Play-asia says it's region locked. Dammit!

dude NTSC was region locked. So us with PAL consoles haven't tried it  |
Oh I see. Well if it makes you feel any better, it was a terrible game. Played it only the first day and then never touched it again.

lol @ all those sites saying that the release thats just gone out is promo and using month old pics from someone who didn't even upload the game, anyone know for sure if its promo or not?
25 days early though, why wasn't the promo uploaded a month ago? and considering the USA release has been out for four months I would say either way its the final version.

after all its no con its just bad decision of the ebay sellers or there suppliers, then again I would never pre-order through ebay only order whats in stock with actual pictures and not just some cover art.
