yeah, check the speaker output in whatever audio decoder is playing.
you should scrap cccp and k-lite completely and use just MPC-HC (use internal video decoder for hardware acceleration in x64) + ffdshow tryouts for audio and make sure it is outputting in stereo if that's what you have.

edit: seems you solved the problem, but still CCCP and k-lite aren't really necessary
