a) doesn't improve sex life

e) foreskin makes your peepee thicker = better sex life

Pros are that it's cleaner. Doesn't smell half the time. It's more common than a fore skinned pecker.
Cons are that first week you won't even be able to sit. Imagine being kicked in the balls. It's not that it's painful, it's that the sensitivity of it will be exposed and your body has to get used to it. It makes your peepee thinner (not a lot) it doesn't improve your sex life. Your choice of course... but why the hell would you want to mutilate your own genitals? The only benefit I can think of would indeed be the cleanliness aspect, but that only applies if you're a cave-dwelling troglodyte who doesn't shower every day like a normal person does.

i'd assume a lack of iq on the op's part.
i wouldn't be too surprised to see someone ask whether getting a clitoridectomy would be a good idea and whether it would improve their sex life.
this sort of people shouldn't have sex in the first place. or at least they should get sterilized before starting their sex life, just in case.

It's the guy that 'tightens up'. If a man tenses his pelvic floor muscles he can delay ejaculation, sometimes for hours. For it to be effective you'll need to do pelvic floor excercises though.
