Well I do play everything (except Crysis) at 1920x1200, so yeah, need the power. This card will hold pretty well for 2 years I believe. |

ayo, is it just me or is there no motion blur in crysis wars?... the settings are all there and turned on, but ingame i never see no damn blur!.. i love the blur! gimi
and leo, i noticed when i ran wars in my native resolution 1920x1200 it would run far smoother than if i were to choose a lower res (which also look shit)
but i did have to suffer some eye candy removal, ah well, 40-50fps ftw right!

If anyone is planning on getting an HD4850, make sure to get one that doesn't have a reference cooler.
Look for something similar to Palit's HD4850 Sonic.

Or just grab with reference crap and install Accelero S1 Rev2 on it, it's 20$ and gives 60* celsius top at stress.

it's just a standalone addon at a 30$ price tag, the length is perfectly fine for that price and the multiplayer is good as well.
the next crysis will be crysis 2 and will be a full game again, so yeah, you can expect it to be longer and more expensive.
But I guess people don't care about the price when they just download everything anyway, then it doesn't matter that a game only costs 30$, it's still judged as if it was a 50$ game.

Hey,
Has anyone noticed any differences in running Warhead with the reloaded crack compared to the WHOCARES paul.dll crack? I have a 4870 and of course I am experiencing stuttering. I want to burn this sucker but I think I am going to hold out for a patch first.

yep. they realise a lot have ppl have pirated their game and are hoping to increase sales, hence the free wkend.

Is there a sandbox for crysis warhead? a friend of mine that bought the game said it is a sandbox in it and that it should be under the bin folder on the dvd but when I browsed the dvd I didnt found it.. I even looked in the folder where I installed the game.. I got the pirated version

The only "patch" that will be able to eliminate the "suck" atribute in your valid context is a brand new shiny 380GT nVidia card alongside a defaulted 4GHz quad CPU that any "enthousiast" will obviously OC to 5GHz. |

Still.. thanks for that; I didn't even know there WAS a 380, just doing some googling now. Is that the "official" name or the codename?
