Back hurts like a bitch. Lower back to the left, down my leg and arse. Sciatica nerve I think. I pulled something some months ago at work. Not been right since, and I woke up this morning and could barely move. I crawled down to the kitchen and took some painkillers before managing to get sat in my chair. Son of a bitch it hurts.

Wgen is too young for Sciatica. I think.
Hope the swimming makes a difference. My back kills me at night, later hours. I swim, work out, don't carry excess weight, walk, and do back exersises all the time but no luck for me unless I sleep on the couch. My back has to be against the back of the couch or a wall for me to continue to sleep more then 4 hrs. I don't take pain killers or anything.

wtf pistol. That sounds bad. Get yourself to a chiropractor. They are miracle workers. My dad suffered with Sciatica for 20 years and never went to the doc after the first diagnosis. My mum forced him to a Cprac and he bent him 6 ways from sunday, gave him some exercises to do daily and hes been right at rain since.

They are evil....I hate them. No one is crackin shit on my body except me. Been to a chiropractor once and NEVER again. Snappin my neck and shit so I feel nothing but popping down my spin and crap....no fuckin way.
I can crack my own neck and it's not creepy and scary.....I hate chiropractors...man...worse than dentists (tho I go to the dentist all the time, I still think they are all fuckin weird and disturbed....drilling in people's mouths with that horrifying drilll...the sound alone makes me fuckin cringe and wanna leave...then you feel the vibrations and grinding/cleaning sound....*shudders*). |

I don't mind dentists (especially the new and hot one that has started to work, she's actually daughter from my actual dentist, young and careful and HOT!  ). It hurts tho when they get to the nerve with the drill... awwww :/ icky feeling indeed.
On topic: I heard once that here there is this guy (in Cro) that can set your top vertebra (atlas) and that it can relive of your pain. He was like specially trained for that by some dude (some Hindu guy if I'm not mistaken) and that it really works.
And you can try so called ''horse exercises'' in joga. you lay on your back on the floor, bend your knees and put them facing your left, and your head in the opposite way. And then you switch that position from left to right, moving your legs and head so they're always opposite each other (legs - left, head - right, or legs - right, head - left).

Dude, whenever I go to the dentist. Whether its a cleaning or something else, I get my mouth frozen with those needles (for some reason, needles in my mouth doesn't bother me...but I generally dont like needles...especially when they are taking blood...creepy fuckin feeling) and the gas (my dentist, well, her assistant who's been there since I was a kid who's really cool always jacks up the gas so I get nice and high lol). And they dont charge me for the gas cause I get literally, my whole mouth frozen which is expensive I take it. Never looked at the bills tbh, I mean, its my teeth. Who cares how much it costs right? |

Well here it's all paid for (thnx Allah/Buda/Jebus/Krishna ), and I thought that they don't administer gas anymore (ether) because that shi* is like a health hazard.
Anyways the only time I had been given an injection is when I had mouth surgery (they cut me open and I could feel the warmth of the blood... awww... cool  ).
When they are drilling, and they did back in the days (I have 8 fixed teeth), my doctor never gave me any anesthetic because he needed to know when to stop drilling (when he hit the nerve). The only time I got some (anesthetics) is when he was pulling my teeth out. And that was in the form of a spray... (and then he jacked my root out, funny story... )
