Savegame or rather profile file with the game completed on hard, both endings and also unlocks all extras including the "Pro" difficulty (Spam special attacks forever to kill.) and both alternative costumes either for damage resistance or health regeneration bonuses.
Can be opened in notepad as it's just plain text, same with the other savegames and the profile file, back up the old file if it exists.
(Can't find the proper thread as it says it's been moved but it seems to be gone altogether so this'll have to do.)
