say that someone tried to burn it with dvd decryptor and got an error dvd out if it, what program would you say it would be best to burn it with, maybe soemone used a different program. I'm just curious of course

you could try loading it in daemon tools and then using nero to burn a dvd video...

What error did you get? The image file could be corrupted.
