The thing I selected is the common files, following that is the language specific options also mentioned above followed by the Press edition and under that the beta specific files.
EDIT: And if you want the program just google for SteamRegEdit, should also be on CS.rin and other sites. |

My folder is 3.66 (wicked released), the rfactor release is quite lame imo, there no readme on how to unpack the other languages, and with the nfo they provide you unpack the exact same files as in wicked rel.
As I previously mentioned, I was able to extract the spanish folder using the appid and key. If u need german/italian/french subs, use the key and appid Jbeckman provided above in case u feel like having either full voices and text or just the subs in your respective language, and of course modifying the lang=<language> for voices and text. Otherwise replace the "DOW2.ucs" in the english folder for the subs, no need to modify locale.ini.

Can anyone see whether it has more than 1v1 and 3v3 for ranked play? Also someone wrote they played coop? I thought you need a key to play online through live? It's possible their auth server is not up yet. Or did you play coop using some lan option?
Also, too bad this retail version has a lot of gameplay unit related bugs and balance stuff found in beta, and u have to wait for 1.1 patch to fix them(already announced).
most likely mp works until mp beta is disabled tuesday tonight. gotta buy it for mp and i think its worth it.

You can use any GFW:L key.
No, we have no bears on the streets here in Russia.

Get steam and download dow2 beta, you´ll get a gfwl key there.

Oh yes... i´m a genius lol. I knew it sounded ridiculous but i gave it a try and voila! This must also work for any other command, like the parameter to unlock ultra high settings Jbeckman mentioned earlier. Anyway... edit rev.ini

Space Marine campaign only has been known for a while, pretty sure they mentioned having less units as well but I'm unsure if that referred to total unit count or the amount of units available.
DLC packs are planned though (Both free and payment based.) and there's already a few of them available via one of several pre-order initiatives giving access to stuff like extra colors for the painter or new items and one even includes a new level, unfortunately all of these aren't available in a single pack so one would have to buy several copies to get all of it.

hmm... the game is .... let's say, at least very interesting. on hard. barely managed to get out of it today . could be a little better but it's still good enough. Playable. the missions are pretty nice i must say, tend to be quite repetitive but if you can finish them fast, kill everything and not lose any squads then you'll have some nice bonuses (attack twice that day and some xp). give it a try. it's not DOW1 but about 3/4 of DOW1. in DOW2 you can really see the effectiveness of Assault Squads and the stealth of Scout Squads!

I didn't understand how can I unpack another language (Rforce version). In INSTALL_DOW2.bat put these codes 15629 and 020E34141CF268766C39AC19AB03F53C for Polish with "-d" and "-k" but it didnt worked. What should I do???

just wait a few more days for some group release ..... or just buy it . i tried the rForce (a private release of it that worked perfect), liked it and bought the game! can't say if i bought it because it's a good game or just because i have a legit copy of everything Warhammer 40K related:D
