US version will probably be region locked too and Europeans get pounded in the ass once again by shitty console gaming situation in EU.

They'll be a lot of crying like babes if it's not RF up and down the country followed by a mad rush for ntsc consoles.

Well it's a Square-Enix game, looking at their release history it's not likely gonna be RF. Looks like us Europeans will have to wait "til the end of time" again...buying an NTSC console will be our "last hope" LOL

Actually only 2 months. At least it's 2 months and not a year like with Vesperia.

I'm not in any rush anyhow, my Xbox just got the RROD while playing Ninja Blade, and this is my 2nd system. Way to go MS, your hardware rocks!

I am really looking forward to this one. Hopefully it will keep me busy for a while.
Which of these RPGs should I play after I finish Lost Odyssey, and why?
Star Ocean: Till the End of Time - PS2
Dragon Quest VIII - PS2
FF XII - PS2
Infinite Undiscovery - X360
Star Ocean: The Last Hope - X360

Play all of them, but you should start with FF XII (it's hated by some of diehard FF fanboys but don't let that scare you away, the game is nothing but brilliant).
I'm eagerly waiting for SO4 release and praying that it's RF, and if it's not RF I'll start playing Lost Odyssey too

I'd go for Dragon Quest 8, it's an old school rpg that's funny and has a good story, I'm the type who skips fmv's and doesn't really listen to stories but DQ had me hooked, my final hours of play was like 95 hours, the longest I've ever played a video game.
FF XII it looks great but it's the first FF that I haven't finished since FF 6, so that should tell you something. Infinite Discovery is crap, Star Ocean PS2 is slow, I haven't tried Star Ocean for the 360 yet.

I guess nobody likes Infinite Undiscovery... too bad, I thought it had promise. The reactions I hear from FF XII are a mixed bag. I guess I need to play it just to see what its like anyway.I have a friend that REALLY wants me to play it, enjoyed it as much as Glottis. Star Ocean PS2 is slow indeed, well at least its taking a while for anything to really happen in the game but Ive only played a few hours. I thought I would brush up on my Star Ocean but I think I might just wait. Havent tried DQ8 though that is next on my list of things to do. I guess everybodys got their own taste in the end, I mean hell... Im enjoying Lost Odyssey.
I was really hoping Star Ocean 360 would release today so I could put off making a decision on which game to play next!

I'm with you on that one. After beating the crap out of Ninja Blade this weekend, I'm looking for a new game to conquer!!!
