Not a girl movie but I would recommend "Surviving christmas". It's a very funny and pleasant movie. I think it's out on dvd screener at the moment.

Depends on the personality of the female
Some will get scared and you will get some
Some will not get scared and you still will get some
Some like sad endings where they can appreciate what they have now and you end up being a sex toy for the night.
And some hate sad endings so they end up crying and become vulnerable and as sex-crazed-maniac you can easily take an advantage of that
Though horror movies do work best if the environment is great. Loud sound, dark room, and snuggled up in the corner of the sofa or theatre
I like modern-gothic chicks romantic movies, comedies, and dramas 
Any movie you pick you will get a happy ending but it has to be a good movie. Don’t pick matrix revolutions as a drama even though trinity and neo both die. It will not get you some

What is funnier than seeing that drill instructor cuss on and humiliate that fat private (private pile, hahahah fat private), she will be amused, so that's GG.
Drama
Soldiers die for their country, what is more dramatic than seeing an American soldier in Vietnam getting his head probed by 7,62 through a small hole in the wall, G-LOOOORD? Or how about the scene where Private Pile fucks the drill instructor with his rifle then shooting himself in the mouth and all that after an intense soap-case beating session. The girl will feel sad and go into your arms, she will need a hug.
Romance
What is more romantic than seeing American GIs catching up with a young poorly trained Vietnamese girl who has raped half their squad with an AK47 from a building in the distance, shooting her in the back, then finally finishing her off at the very end with romantic lightning in the room, as it is dark and there are weak flames at the end of the room, making a lovley, disney like, romantic setting which will fill the girls hart with passion.
Yes, Full Metal Jacket is THE film if you're having a date over.

First, I will kill Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, and (reluctantly) Monica Belucci to make the world grieve. Then I will summon the demons from hell and have them...

... anyway, given the fact that I live in a relatively small, rectangular room where one end of the rectangle encompasses the closet and entrance, and the other nothing but a window (pfft, sunlight...) I will cover the window and create a projector out of my current monitor (a 15" LCD) and an overhead projector. Then I shall have a 120" monitor for my PC and take over the world... err...
