Anyone else having problems with offline single player? Whenever i exit the game my progress in the campaign is lost and i dont see any save function.
Do i have to register a username and play logged in? I tried registering but it said i provided the wrong password based on my email adress or something like that.

If you don't log in to a profile, it won't save. Just make a profile and log in, it takes seconds. It won't check it you have a pirated game.

Seems people are very interested in this game, atleast the multiplayer component.

(Monitoring of people trying to connect with illegal cd-keys, 40 million registered attempts so even if the game didn't sell that well alot of people are still playing it, no wonder companies blames piracy for one of the main causes of bad sales figures with numbers like that even though it might not be that many actual users.)

Funny thing is, I didn't buy it because there weren't that many people playing it online... I'm very tempted to get it trough Steam, now that it's cheap.

Will there be a fuckin' patch or somethin' to create a profile?!..i've bought the Special Edition (Big Black Metal box) for 20€!!! and i cant even create a fuckin' profile!,this is the same like the avenged edition of UT3!
I mean,write my username,PW and email and says "The password u wrote is incorrect coz its the same as the mail"...What?,ITS FUCKIN DIFFERENT!!!,I DONT FUCKIN' GET IT!
Somebody help me? (Spanish game btw...)

Why would it be a Steam only patch? The game was released retail first, and only later surfaced on Steam.

I cant seem to create a profile....i write a different name PW but putting my e-mail address correctly in capslock,and guess what?,"it cant be created bcz the username coincides with the e-mail/password/wtf"

Last time I tried UT3 (like a month ago) it had like 5 servers with a few people in them.

It's getting better nowdays, there are quite a few nice servers with some decent people on it. Its not as active as it could've been but its improving.

Go into settings and change the server to something like Japan, America or whatever... usually changing it to something else gives you better speeds. |

Same here. Very dumb of Steam to do this at this time, when a huge game like Empire Total War is just out. They should have put the free weekend for next week.
