I read on the official forums* that some Norwegian store is selling the game early. Someone who pre-ordered was told he can come pick it up tomorrow.
I believe you have to activate the game through Steam, but maybe there's a way to bypass it.
I would go crazy if I had to wait a week before I could play it. It would sit there, and the guy on the cover would taunt me.

And then when it finally unlocks your net goes down.
And when it finally goes back up, your power goes out.

There's no early release. NA its being release Mar 3rd (aswell as on Steam)...Europe, either Mar 4th or a week or 2 later.
Anyhow, anyone else dying to play this game?

And while you wait for it I STRONGLY recommend to watch these (copied from an earlier post of mine)

Give it a go it might spark something as well as deepen your historical interest in the period. It did me 100% good . |

This is correct. I stumbled over a netshop that showed 14 units in stock. I took a chance and ordered one and it was shipped today. So i'll have the game tomorrow. But i doubt i can activate it before 3rd march.

Really? So I have to install steam to place this game? Shit....oh well, its TOTALLY worth it.
Game is by far the best game of 09. Unless MGS5 comes out....E:TW will be the best.
As for those who have (or will have the game tomorrow), did some checking, cant be activated (hence played) till March 3rd.

Already have the day booked off work (and day of release) and I talked to my girl earlier and she said she wants to learn how to play it cause ive been going on it since I preordered like 3 months ago.
She likes videogames and wants me to teach her how to play. That was a surprise.
Now I really can't wait....my favourite game (next to MGS) and my girl wants to play/learn.
Talk about girl of your dreams lol 
This is going to be the longest week of my life lol Feels like Im 8 years old and there is a week to Xmas lol

Hell, I check this site from work a few times a day just to see if its been released.
I've never wanted a game so badly. A few extra days of practise (so I can kick Cox's ass and anyone else who buys the game in Mplayer) would be extremely good.
And if I recall correctly, TW games usually come out atleast 5 days before they hit stores.

So, if your buying E:TW, write post that your buying it (Dude4 is buying game) and I will add you to my list so we can all get together and team up and have battles...an NFOHump clan if you will.

Agreed (to an extent)...but considering I just got a raise to 52.50/h and ive been working 12-15 hour shifts for the last 2 weeks, I think and deserve 2 days off and I have plenty of cash plus my girl makes more than I do.
But I agree in the sense if your in a low paying job, its not worth it. |
