Depends on how it was all "printed" into the PDF. If it is done properly, once he cracks the PDF security (Google about it), it is just a few minutes job with Adobe Acrobat. On the other hand, if it was "printed" into the PDF as an image, it would take a lot of work. The easiest way to check how it is "printed" is to try to select text. If you can select words with the text selection tool, you are in for a treat.
