Don´t forget about sf alpha1/2 for pc, though the arcade roms worked better and looked better lol. Anyway... sf4 gt review:

The game is 40$ from the sites I've seen. The normal price is 50$, so no it's not more expensive.

I predict this wont be out on pc til april and there will be no online.
Or the online will be an afterthought and unusable too laggy and no good servers.

Microsoft and sony have probably insisted that theres no online for pc and not allowed to release it until like april/may/june.

MS& Sony have nothing to do with that, it's the publisher's choice to release game for consoles first and delay the PC version later due to huge sale success on the consoles and piracy problems on the PC

lol by that time sf4 is old news man
am fed up waiting for good games on pc am downgrading a lot of my pc to fund an xbox 360 purchase
Pc gaming is pretty much in a coma for the next year.
Apart from diablo III and maybe startcraft 2 nothing excites me on the pc lineup.

You clearly not a fighting game player, so don't even waste your (or anyone else's) time commenting. Anyone should already know whether or not they like fighting games, which in turn, should tell them whether or not they would even possibly like SFIV. You're not a fighting game player, so while this might be a "forget one time game" for you, keep in mind that Call of Duty 4 is a "forget one time game" for non-FPS players, and Empire: Total War is a "forget one time game" for non-strategy players.

Nonsense. By that logic, SFIV has been "old news" for quite some time, seeing as how it has been in arcades since July 2008, and only just came to PS3/360 a couple weeks ago.

Christian Svensson (Capcom's vice president of business development and strategic planning) just gave a really good explanation for the delay of the PC version. He pretty much destroys all the stupid assumptions PC gamers have made about the reasons for the delay, such as the belief that it is due to piracy concerns, and the belief that it should be an "easy port," due to the arcade version hardware being basically a PC:

LOL, a good game is a good game, if you really can't bear to play a game a couple of months after release just because all the other kids are playing the next big thing then what are you doing playing games on PC?

Looks very nice, will certainly play this. But unfortunately for Capcom, I'll be downloading it. If they had released it at the same time with consoles, I would have bought it.

While I do play the 360 version loads, and love it like a brother (best 2D fighter ever, just marred by the cheap fucking whores online. Play with friends, it's infinitely more enjoyable) --- this piece of news just made my day ;D

Still... i want kof xii so bad, there was a rumor that it might get released on pc, but so far it has been announced for consoles only.
