I've died 3 times at the almeida compound because my medic just runs around like a retard when I wait for him after I get shot down with one shot from a rifle. Yay for buggy games.

Can anyone tell me why I get all those artifacts, black screens for 2 seconds, artifacts for 2 seconds until the 10th time, then it's only a black screen?
ATi 4850 with latest 9.3 Cats. I tried disabling VSYNC in ATi control panel, no difference.

Works fine here with a 4870 X2 but I use a semi-official (Leaked by a tester) release candidate of the 9.4 drivers (8.593.something being the driver version of 9.3 with 8.60.something being the driver version for 9.4)
EDIT: On the game itself the first map felt fairly small but it seems to get better once you hit Florida, some pretty silly design decisions though and the AI is really bad.
(Game itself is a nice improvement over what I remember from Godfather 1 but with competition from the strong story driven GTA IV and such this game falls a bit short, worth downloading though.)
Bad design decision being entering your HQ, drawing a .357 magnum pistol and shooting everyone (That can be killed) with no reaction whatsoever or bitch slapping pedestrians with no fear of police due to how easy it is to get away.
(Also you're safe in your "safehouse" so shooting from the windows work, they won't notice you.)

Well you can get the RC drivers here but I can't say if it'll solve your problems with the game.

(9.3 should work fine though.)
Also keep other drivers updated and updates to the OS itself plus the usual stuff like DirectX (March 2009 latest) VC++ redist (This game uses 2005 like most titles but there's a 2005 SP1 and 2008 and finally 2008 SP1 redist, just install em all in order would be my suggestion)

I am almost through the game but i have barely found any of the upgraded weapons. Most of my weapons are still at level 1. I have only found the Silenced Pistol, 44 Magnum and Sawed off Shotgun. I got all the shops in New York and Florida but i have yet to find any better weapons. Could you please share the locations if you have found any other weapons. Thanks.

I am having some bad stuttering in the game wherein at the beginning for some time it plays good but all of a sudden the game suddenly goes into slow motion for few seconds and then again it becomes normal.This things keeps repeating.I have all the necessary updated drivers.

Yeah, I got that as well, but never had it in Dead Space which uses the same engine, so once again bad coding. Hard to think this game was made by the same team who made Dead Space.

@ 360 with the interact button u can skip them,
but doenst work on the pc version.¿

Cheathappens has two trainers out but the public release date is late this month, there's a +2 on gamecopyworld as well but I haven't checked that one.

It took me about 10hr45min to finish this, taking my time and all that.
It was a decent game. The NPC responses of: I need to pull the shades on some guy, I need to burn something down, or I need something stolen... Those get old, even if mixed with a different language -- it's funny how every NPC does the mafia-speak. It's always going to be hitting a business you own, and it always pays more to bomb your own building for the upfront cash in lieu of lost day's wages. Everybody seems so well connected, considering how easy it is to get a kill condition on a made guy 
It's no Mafia, but I'm sure nobody ever expected that anyway.
The "personalities" of the made men was a pointless addition since it only slightly changed how much of an asshole they are when you hear about their specialty. Only if we could expect the kind of ally interaction as in KOTOR or Mass Effect.
It seems the player needs to do some online gaming to unlock the Master weapon license of the made men -- seems like a trainer is the only option here. Otherwise, all the money spent on each guys' upgrades would be lost by marking them for death to replace them with the Expert licenses only found in Cuba.
Although sending defenders to attacked bases was a cool idea, I was never comfortable enough the AI to get the job done. As much as it's said that "attempt takeover" is a good idea, I'm not so sure they can even get the weakness spot on the boss for the 25% bonus.
The draw distance was pretty weak, it never rendered fast enough when driving. It tended to suffer the same as GTA3: now you see it, now you don't. All it takes to respawn NPCs or cars is to do a 360 turn. There are only like 5 different vehicles in the game. Graphics felt stale. It was just alright. But given that, the game was actually still fun. The strategy aspect wasn't very difficult, but it was engaging enough for me to stick around and at least finish the game. I can't say that for a lot of other games out lately.

Thanks tho. As long as the trainers have either Unlim Health or Unlim Money or both, thats all I need. Don't need Unlim Ammo.

Just downloaded a trainer form GCW and it was a +5 and there were 2 others at +2.
Gunna test it now. If it works, I will report back later or give it a try yourself.

I'd go wtih the Kelsat trainer then, CheatHappens seems to think he rips of their trainers for some reason but I'm not so certain of that as there's a lot of options added and the trainers function in different ways as well compared to the CH ones.
(Last Remnant for both trainers as a example.)
