Cant say i have ever watched it... although after seeing hugh laurie in street kings i dont think i could put up with his bad american accent for very long.
This:

When Hugh Laurie auditioned, he apologized for his appearance as he was filming Flight of the Phoenix at the time. Laurie's American accent was reportedly so flawless that Bryan Singer singled him out as an example of a real American actor, being unaware of Laurie's background.
Yeah, if the accent was good enough for Bryan Singer, it's good enough for you.
Maybe so... im just so used to his british accent that i guess he sounds way to weird for me. i cringed at him in street kings.
Heard that Stephen Fry was over in the US to do some episodes of "Bones". Of course he had a luncheon with his old mate Hugh Laurie. Apparently Hugh Laurie was so in to the "American Thang" that he was talking with an American accent, Mr. Fry told him to stop the nonsense and wake up ...in a friendly way of course.

I would pay to see that... stephen fry on QI is fucking awesome!
Its from a interview on the Parkinson show. So its not from the actual event itself, but still
Just love Stephen Fry. Finished the 2nd season of Kingdom some weeks ago and am eagerly awaiting the 3rd.
EDIT:Actually found a sketch from "A bit of Fry and Laurie" where they BOTH speak "American"
Anyone watching? The new season is very strong, with the last episode right there with the best of all-time!
Spoiler:
So finally the inevitable happened, House and Cuddy kissed, and yet it was so unsettling, with the music and the events leading to that kiss. I really hope they go somewhere with this and don't turn it into a Gone with the Wind type of "she loves him, he ignores her then he loves her but she moved on"...
This is the second time I've seen a FOX show pull this stunt. If anyone saw Terminator last week will know what I mean.
There's something about the quick/unassumed death that is now considered more effective than the slo-mo with crescendo strings in the background. I gotta say I like the quickness of it more than the schmaltzy time consuming death.
I read that this guy was actually a visiting professor at Penn State for East Asian studies or something. Now he wants to work at the White House. I don't know, but I cannot take this guy seriously after Harold/Kumar.
The saying now goes, "From White Castle, to House, to the White House!"
It's hilarious that this guy was playing a stoner in 2004 (fitted with the genius medical knowledge that he didn't want to follow), along with the political spin of the 2nd Kumar film in 2008 regarding Guantanamo Bay, to his starring role as a diagnostician in House -- and then dealing with foreign policy in the White House.
Are you a fan of House on facebook? I remember when Kutner died and House facebook was updated before people in different zone could watch it and it said something " sad to see kutner go", people just went into complete RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE..pretty funny but sucks for them
house is so fucking good seriously aside from the odd filler episodes it's fucking brilliant and it's pretty much all down to house, cuddy and wilson - they carry it so much.

although it's not the most reliable source, wikipedia says it'll get a new season in september. imho it would be financial suicide to axe this show anyway, though even if they did, they at least ended the season beautifully.
