Yeah, 5vs5 maps are pretty big, there are 3 of them. You also have two maps for 3v3 and 4v4, and even a small one for 2v2. You can still play with many demigods as you want, but i´d be a complete mess

is there some way to change the resolution to per example 800x600? because on the game do not appears that resolution

ay to follow up darthmalak, I'm trying to advance tweak the game, but can't seem to find a config file or something like that.

Anyone more experienced in this matter?

i cant find it eighter

the only thing i found is on my docs->My Games->Gas Powered Games->Demigod->Game.prefs

if u edit the following line:

primary_adapter = 'windowed',

like per example 800,600 <put refresh rate here>

when u start the game just go in some "low res" because i see all huge!

Also i figured it out how to change the language from the text

per example if u want the game on german text just do the following thing:

go to the installation root from the game->loc->en-> make a backup from the file
and now go to per example fr (franchise) copy that file-> and paste to en folder

=P

ps: also they already released a patch version 1.00.045 we are currently in 1.00.0091
but i dont know what the patch fix, i cannot see even the history

Not sure what I think of it yet. It's...different. I really love the assasin but couldn't get into it with Oak or Rook. Maybe it's mostly because I'm not used to the game yet. A fun concept tho. Very much even. Beautifull maps too.

Does anyone know the used protection? I mean it's from Atari, perhaps DEViSE can also crack Riddick if it uses the same protection.

I do not have the"Devise" release, but i doubt you can play online in that version.

Go to "x:\<gamefolder>\loc\es" (spanish in this case) and copy and replace strings_db.lua into "x:\<gamefolder>\loc\us"

Gonna try the update, see if that helps a bit. Also in the game.prefs only the settings can be found which are also ingame. Which in my case are all off / low (which in turn result into option = 0)

So looking at this, everything I could turn off, is off already...

all version that are just in this moment in the web are all not scene. i think that it is a pre retail beta or something of that. here it is stored for 30 april

I think it's the full version but somewhat differently packed compared to a tradional installer.

Says 22 hours here so the game should be out retail tomorrow for most of the world.
(Probably the same for download editions pre-orders and such, mentioned earlier in this thread.)

Demigod.READNFO-DEViSE, it has devise-demigod.iso inside the rar's and when you mount the iso it just has the game ready to run, no installer, no nothing just the extracted game. Also both RADIANCE and DEVICE releases are the same version number.
