					| I only really tend to wear boots and shoes, never trainers, I like the feeling of weight.

My friend also has these. I don't like those fancy-type shoes...

					| Shoes being complete personal preference, I still cannot understand how someone can go out casually wearing boots. I remember in the late 90's EVERYONE had the damn things on. Now days the only people I see wearing them are construction workers and those trench coat dudes/people obsessed with the color black.

There was a guy wearing Timb's at the gym doing cardio a few weeks back.

EDIT: And to the people hating on Nike's, I'm pretty sure they don't understand Shoe culture (If that's the correct term?) and it's association with Jordan/Basketball/Sports. I personally wouldn't wear cross-trainers when I go out but those types of shoes serve there purpose.

					| I think the question asked here should be...
"Are you all wearing these cause of a brand name, or for a quality your comfortable in?"

					| The only people who use that argument in my experience are less social people who have no grasp for style. I'm talking about the dudes who wear a single sweater everywhere to hide their self esteem issues.
Attractive shoes aren't limited to certain brands. But now a days women have a sharp eye for a mans taste in fashion which pressures a lot of people into sticking with favorable brand name stuff. Roll up to a club wearing some $10 shoes and people notice.
