Guess you're not hardcore enough either if you didn't know about this game. It was released like many months ago. October if i remember right.
He was talking about other people - and even as someone who did know about the game I had to learn about it in relation to another game. You have to be someone who trawls simulation forums and what-not to be up-to-date on these sorts of titles, and even then you have to go out of your own way to discover it.
Fearwhatnow suggestion, it seems plausible and other developers have admitted to doing the same thing in the past.

1) Backup "bin/stable" and copy the original russian files provided in "stable_rus" (the file you downloaded above).
2) Disable the copy protection by overwriting the provided russian files with the Trivum crack.
3) To get the english interface back, rename/delete the folder "l10n/ru".
4) To fix the input error, open the file "Scripts/Input/Input.lua"
and comment the commands that set the headtracker plugin path.
That is, insert two dashes at the beggining of lines 13 and 14.
They should be:

^^ is that anything to do with trackir ? because this game would seriously be fine if my trackir would function with it.. be shame if that was removed to get it to run.
K its working fine.. just a tip for ATI card users, if u get fail launch errors on launcher startup, put the dynamic AI to standard,, thats whats causing it..
All i need now is a english startup manual cause feck i can get the apu running and everything is on correctly as far as I can see, but i cant get the blades to start with fuel or brake off too many buttons hehe.
