Thye DArk Athena parts looked identicle IMO. I didn't watch too much of it though as I don't want to spoil the game and I'm playing through Butcher Bay again first.

That's why I always buy games which come out on both consoles for my 360.

The first scenes seem identical, but later in the video they show some low-motion scenes with sharp textures where the difference is noticable (like text on displays).

But can you skip the butcher bay part. And just start at the dark athena part

yep, you get a choice at the beginning ... they are treated as two separate games.

I know that. Infact, you'd have to be a complete moron not to know that when you start the game up. I WANT to play escape from butcher bay again. It was one of my favourite xbox games back in the day.

go see the intro and outro in the extra menu to get the story, oh and your near the ending only like 1h of gameplay to the end

It's common knowledge the PS3 has a weaker GPU, but I've never seen such a big difference.

What? This game looks almost identical. The PS3 version runs at 1024x720 and has no MSAA, but at least it can keep the framerate fluid and has all the graphic effects that the X360 version has.

Take a look at Resident Evil 5 instead: the PS3 version lacks a lot of smoke and reflection effects, all textures look muddy because of QAA and it can barely even reach 30fps. That was a bad case, Riddick is rather good (compared to other multiplatform PS3 games).

I call that a big difference. Just google "riddick ps3 vs xbox", you'll see dozens of screens. The Xbox version has alot more detail. This is the first time I see such a difference, compared to the other games I've played. I didn't try RE5.

At the end of the day the hardware speaks and the graphics card in the 360 is better without a doubt

i saw that video and again screens have alot of quality loss
altho ps3 version loox quite bad, i'm pretty sure dev's will be nuked to hell and not retarded console designers, if u throw this game in pc with equvalent gfx to ps3 it will look sharper and run same at the same resolution
here i made the screen with mpc hc in .png format
