For the last mission: I found that if you run around to the back (very back) of the church, you can just wait for soldiers to come around and pick them off one by one, without taking too much (if any damage). I had tried everything else, and this seemed to work best and worked on the first attempt using this tactic. Hope it helps!

GOD DAMN POS! Im pretty sure im sooo close everytime... do you remember how many soldiers you killed? (those who come to the church) Think iv killed 7-8 or something... And I only know about the medkit behind the tree, any others there?

I agree DA kinda sucked. I actually purchased my xbox 360 because I was looking forward to that game and then purchased the game on the day it came out and was highly disappointed. Id rather play Chaos Theory again. |
Thought the original XBOX version of DA was better myself. Yes both games were different but the stories were simliar

I just played it and what a crap game is this, cant believe people comparing it to Splinter Cell and reaching the end of this game, must have been hell i guess. after 10mins i stopped playing right after the morphine thing, i would recommend to every self respectable player not to play this.

Couldn't stand this game for more than 10 minutes, just doesn't seem interesting. I'll probably give it another chance later on though.

yah i agree with dezz and jmdeking. i wish i had the time back i have wasted on this crapfest but i should only have 1 level to go. i really just want to quit but then all the time i spent was wasted. i got to see this crap through to the end.
i can't believe how lame the AI is in this game. whistle, make a noise, etc they come to EXACTLY where you are. oh move to another hidden spot you say? nope they'll come to that EXACT spot. another example - i was in the gestapo last night, i go into one room with the SS uniform and cap a guy at point blank range with the shotgun and then leave the room at that exact moment. i look through the keyhole and they are going apeshit. walk back through the door and they dont even pay me any attention. i JUST capped one of their guys, wtf?

I was never looking forward to this but then I read in this thread a number of people actually liked it so I figured maybe itl be cool. But nope this game is absolutely horrible. Controls are bad and the game lags like hell (even the menus lag..?). Also the gameplay is pretty stupid.
Ive played this game for about 10 minutes today and just couldn't stand it anymore. I might give it another try tomorrow and perhaps the game might redeem itself but Im not counting on it.

Give it another try. The AI is stupid, but the game is fairly decent anyway. Stuff like shooting a guard with a silencer and then he walks str8 torwards you are unforgivable imo.
But otherwise its not _that_ bad.

I played up to the level where you start near the water. The game looks pretty good visually but the controls and the actual gameplay is just awful. I started playing SC: Double Agent again and WOW what a difference. You feel like you actually have control over Sam Fisher unlike the character in Velvet Assassin. Id rather play Double Agent all over again.

i understand... when i launch the game for the first time and my xbox for the first time, xbox profile launch automatically and i have no cinematic (even intro with physic nvidia, southpeak....)
If i return in xbox menu and i launch the game, it's work with cinematic !!!! strange..
and for you ?? can someone try ?
