Yes, that would be the best thing to do. Have the Win7 drive in there, XP drive as secondary. Install XP in it, that would make it work properly. Now you will only be able to boot XP (there will be no Win7 boot menu). You will then need to pop the Win7 DVD in the drive, boot from that, select repair, and let it repair start up. Everything should work after that.

On another topic, Sabin, take a look at this:
I'm drooling here. I'm thinking of getting a 9600GTS with my eventual upgrade to i7, to enjoy some PhysX.
Just did some more Win7 RC x64 vs Vista SP2 x64 testing with the latest nVidia driver 185.85 on both OS'es and results aren't that good. 71 fps in both OS'es in CoDWaW (timedemo). FarCry2 is a different story: Vista SP2 x64 DX10 benchmark avg fps was 52, while Win7 RC x64 was only 45. Obviously I used same exact settings on all tests.
Could be due to dodgy drivers from nVidia. I still remember how many months we had to wait to get proper drivers for Vista. Eventually they were as good as (and later, better than) the XP drivers, but they were pretty late in the game, and AMD already had proper ones.
is it me or my TF2 posts got erased from here?! Oo;

Finally! I've been reading about hybrid PhysX for ages, but it was locked out of WinVista. Only available in WinXP and Win7 due to the, admittedly lame, way Vista handles graphics drivers -- but that's the first time I've seen a video of it in action ^_^
Looks I'm gonna pick up an 8800GT or 9800GT soon then, dedi-PhysX FTW!
I wonder if 7127 still has that annoying split second stutter in animation when opening/closing windows.
Jesus, and here I thought there was a problem with my drivers or something. Very annoying, I just can't work like that. Weird I couldn't find people complaining about it.
i have 7100 installed on one pc with 8800gt and a a laptop with ingrated intel and haven't noticed any stuttering while opening/closing windows, in fact i think it's smoother than in vista, altho something is still stopping me from installing it on my pc, guess i just wait till final coz installing now then final is kinda pain
I don't notice any stuttering as well - b7100 and 8800GT...
Also had a problem with playing BF2 online punk buster was kicking me for unknown API error, and it seems that problem has now been resolved and I did nothing - even a punk buster update said no updates were found...
Punkbuster randomly scans your APIs to check for hooks. If probably found one whose byte pattern different from its "white list" and thought the API was hooked (meaning you were running a hack) and thus kicked you. Like I said, it's random so don't worry about it if it isn't happening now.
