i doubt it's pre-rendered
no hud indicates that it could be one of those action sequences like from wolverine game where u don't have to press specific buttons in time [gawd i hate that shit]
it kinda reminded me Mirrors edge

Certainly looks pre-rendered to me. Way too smooth , too detailed , too choreographed.

Looks like it could easily be representative of in game footage. A combination between Assassins Creed and Mirror's Edge would look something like that.

What about the tracking shaky cam, the game character is out of frame during parts of the sequence. With the other points I mentioned earlier, I would bet my money on this being a concept render for sure. Would be awesome if I was wrong, and that is indeed in game action!

It's definetely pre-rendered. Regardless of that though, I have high hopes of this game to say the elast. I loved the first game on the original xbox.

That's easy with context sensitive actions. As I said I don't think it's actually in-game footage, but could easily be representative of actual gameplay. Similar to the pre-release trailers of Assassins Creed and Mirror's Edge.
