You need to have at least one Blizzard Entertainment game attached to this Battle.net account in order to set up your beta profile.
It works to merge it but it doesnt allow you to set up the beta profile .

I have 3 SC keys which a friend gave me and my other friends, though we never used it.
I just tried adding them and they all seem fine. Dunno if it's fine posting it here, but I can spare one or two keys I guess.

Try using a different browser.
I'm able to open up Battle.net myself.
Is anyone else getting the error?

it's blocked for foreigners, you gotta use the european battle.net
or use a proxy

i dont get it lol. I login into my battle.net account via wc3 (EU) and then i click "Profile" and then "view web profile" ? cause all i get is forbidden lol...

Try connecting to the EU version of battlenet , battlenet US is restricted to foreigners .
