i am searching for a program to test my burned dvd's. I know of nero's cd/dvd speed program, but everytime i want to start the quality test it gives me an error. On my two other two dvd-drives it ain't working either.
I googled for kprobe wich only runs on liteon drives and the plextools only work on plextor drives.
So anyone know of other programs to test written dvdr's? Oh i do have an NEC ND1100A and a NEC ND3500AG.

thnx in advance Smile

Edit:
It seems that NEC is the problem here! Damn i knew it, first nec didn't support any firmware updates for the 1100A and now nec drives don't support PI/PO/Jitter tests Mad

that's not possible, PI/PO/Jitter can only be measured on written disks

Sorry I mean "test the disk", not the writer, hehe. But I guess you understood what I was trying to say Smile.

Thanks, but both ISO Buster and CDMage can't do it. Nero CD/DVD Speed would work fine, if only nec would support PI/PO/Jitter tests with their drives. So as along as nec won't release a firmware update, no program will ever work with nec drives :/ . And i really doubt nec will ever release a firmware update for that, they sure want us to buy a new writer.

Actually, you may try DVDinfo PRO. It shows you anything you want about your dvd drive or disc.. http://www.dvdinfopro.com/

Supports pi/pif/jitter test too.

And also, the latest 0day release of it is DVDInfoPro.v3.49.WinAll-CAT

I hope it helps you
