wow these dumb fucks should be glad that their shit box was hacked other wise I and many others would have never bought it. I never bought ps3 only because its not cracked. the video game companies are the once who are loosing not the console developers, if anything the pirates helped to boost Microsoft sales unlike Sony.

It's the same thing when Ea said pirated copies could damage you computer, transmit viruses, you get an incomplete game that crashes and is unstable etc. now that may not be true but it may distance some ignorant fools, or gamers, from piracy and make them buy the game how can they know it's all a load of bullshit. Same thing here some ignorant fool will reconsider flashing their xbox if it has a chance of blowing up in your face

Sabin, munkee is right on this one. They're called eFuses. Intel invented/patented them. NXE blew one when it came out, that's why you can't downgrade it at all. It's impressive technology to say the least.

Really though, an efuse is still a fuse. It gets tripped like a fuse, and hell ORIGINALLY the term for fuse meant something you'd light to ignite a cannon or dynamite. So definitions expand to incorperate changes. Just because it's only 1's and 0's doesn't mean it can't be a fuse.
