It would be next to impossible to have the depth of single player X3 has in an MP game. But you can try Evochron Legends, which is open space and has MP. Just don't expect any sort of depth from it. Smile

Almost no one plays MP in EL. The community just isn't big enough.

it fucks up your saves Smile

Play.com had it for £15 during their christmas/january sale, I believe. The £50 price tag is some guy trying to cash in on them being sold out, I think, as it's "Play Trade", their user-trading type shop.

yes 2.0 betas have special optiimizex exe that runs 30-60 faster - and final version will gain additional power for rigs with 2+GB ram Smile

on xp 32 with the same dt it work with X3_Terran_Conflict_(NORMAL_tages_MINI_image_by_xKVtor)

accordind to current info even 2.0 works on win 7

patch 2.0 worked fine for me, but patch 2.1 asks for DVD. i've tried using latest dt lite and dt pro, they also added new TAGES drivers - so even when i overwrote patch 2.1 with earlier patch 2.0 tages drivers were still there and asked me for some activation code

so 2 new problems:

- new dvd protection
- new tages protection

any of you suceed in running patch 2.1 ?

a clone always will work for patches. i doubt they added an activation with a patch. never happened before and the changelog do not give mention of that. it is only an update of TAGES drivers question i guess and if 2.1 patch do not work for now just we need to wait for a DT pro update

then where you finded this 2.1 patch? on the official site there are patches only until the 2.0a Confused

Actually plenty of games do update the protection in the patches, it is very possible that has happened here. (they dont always add the info to the readme)

do not know but for me is very strange if this go to change with a patch from a simple tages to a tages drm with activation. are differents protections. initially this game do not require a serial anyway just to give it a trying i can not find this 2.1 patch anywhere. only 2.0a you can download into the official site
