In my opinion the cop who is holding him lastly just let him go (probably he suffered from the same mental disease), but damn, this guy seemed to be a jehovah witness, even if he wasn't, he sure was a religious freak, he belongs in an asylum, where the only people he can affect are already deeply disturbed!

Don't they need an arrest warrant? The dude could have just gone with them, then if brought before a judge, he'd be automatically release, and he can then sue the city.

The cops tell him he has a warrant out for his arrest, meaning he was already wanted for another crime. To speed up the process arresting officers may not and do not need to know the details of the warrant. They only have to take the person into custody and take him to the station where the person will then be formally charged.

if there was not a camera present then it would have turned very bloody and messy fast tho.
now with the camera there those 2 cops kept cool and calm so they wont loose there job. (they only look like fools now)
