it is, the way i can tell is because the large image shows up in the dash without the console being connected to the net

And Infamous was short. I didn't blaze through it, but it certainly wasn't a 20-hour game for me. The problem was that the side missions do get a little tedious after awhile - or rather, you're more interested in the main quest as the side missions add NOTHING to the main quest and are just there as side filler to keep you occupied and exploring the city.

Just had my 30mins worth of Prototype and so far it's way better than I expected, the upgrades are great, the story is good enough but slightly generic but the freedom is brilliant, add to that the sheer destruction and the identity theft and it's a class game. The only thing I thought I had but I must have misread it was a triple jump in the air to help with the glide.
Been a good week for titles, Red Faction is a cracking title for those destructo maniacs like me, now Prototype and the news of a new Crackdown have cheered me up.
Only reservation is that it's not Davy Jones lot doing Crackdown 2...I can but hope...

I care because i am interested in the comments people make about the game not a technical question so perhaps you do good to go to technical section and whine there about your problems.
But why should you care? right? If its only about you you should be fine.. ignorant people..

Its so extremely easy to patch a WAVE3 to WAVE2, much easier than opening the 360 and flashing the FW. Alas, a number of people dont know about the conversion yet - but these numbers will dwindle...

I might be in the minority, but as long as there's something meaningful to do in free-roaming games (opposed to just running around and destroying/killing), I almost always try and get those objectives done before finishing.
Personally, it's a large part of the appeal with the concept of free roamers; it's seems like a waste to just quickly go through the main missions/storyline and then dump the game, but each to their own I guess.

Put in another way; If you just did NOTHING but the main quest in Oblivion - you'd be finished in what? 2hrs? tops?
Do EVERYTHING and it'll take you more like 80hrs.

I sort of dislike it too, it's like that last spiderman game, only a bit more boring. Maybe it's just the beginning of the game, but so far it's nothing special. I'll try unlocking more events and powers and all that, and maybe then it gets more fun.

+1. Its precisely like Fallout 3 in that way.
I'm yet to burn. I gotta flash first (due to a slight blowout on my backup xbox) and being swayed to go to the pub instead as its boiling outside.

Only thing I dislike is the mini quests. There is nothing to them, just a race against the clock majority of the time. I do love the destruction and free roam....and traveling is so much easier on this game, but I feel like I'm way too powerful.

I have been playing the game for 15mins now and i dont like it that much, i think that infamous is a lot better but i am still waiting on my copy, anyways i am gonna play it some more but overall i think the graphics are not that good and the controls are weird, and that also results in weird fighting that doesnt respond well, i died already because everytime i try to hit an enemy while running i miss and end up down the wall of a building.
Update: Well actually i need to lock on to enemy's weird cause with infamous i dont need to lock on.

Damn this game must be so terrible to be getting 80+/100 in every review and having everyone scream how good it is from their own experiences.
