If you have space on your HDD, I would try to install it before doing another burn to check

nope, just a 20gb drive that only apparently fits 1 game.

i also have 20 gb and i have 2 games installed , fuel and ghostbusters

it depends on the game size (afro samurai for example only needed about 3gigs instead of the usual 6-7) and other stuff you've got on the hdd

well, i was waiting for reviews of this games before getting it and seeing as most of you liked it, i grabbed it aswell.
It's not really my thing. Although i like the dialogs, i don't like the gameplay. The gameplay feels slow, grabbing ghosts and moving them to the beam is kind of inaccurate. it takes forever to take down one ghost and when you die, it loads forever...
it's sad that i don't like the gameplay, because the story and dialogs looked nice Smile

gets even better later in the game. And less ghosts you actually need to capture.

ok i'll play some more then. i think i might install this on my harddrive because the loading when you die is horrible... (i'm not a patient person, and if i die 3x times at the same place, i'll spend more time watching the loading screen than actually playing )

At least you get to hear the Ghostbusters Theme song while waiting.

i was expecting this to be complete garbage and i must say i was wrong. i was in the 3rd or 4th grade when ghostbusters was in theaters and i didn't care for it, probably saw the movie once my whole life but i gotta say this game was really fun. the checkpoint system is garbage and it sucks that it seems to reload the entire level when you die but other than those 2 complaints i thought it was great.

a little humor goes a long way too. the jokes weren't all THAT funny but it was nice that someone tried for a change.

Great game, but short. It took me 6 hours 38 minutes according to the stats, I never rush through a game. So a fast player should be done in about 4-5 hours.
Great game though, it perfectly captures the Ghostbusters feel. The only thing I had problems with was the, at times, boring level design and the checkpoint system. It saves at the weirdest places and sometimes it just skips parts when you choose continue after firing up the game.

8.5/10. I guess you must be a Ghostbusters fan though, otherwise most of the ambiance will be useless.

How is the co-op / on line mode? Full 4 player campaign? What about local co-op?

I assume they went for that resolution as it easily upscales to 1080p?

Good to see SD gaming hasn't died completely though...

Maybe this is a brilliant strategy. Many people buy remakes of old games for nostalgic reasons (just look at Wii VirtualConsole) so targeting them directly by realesing new games that look like PS2 games could be an unexploited market Very Happy

Tis true. But I could buy 3 Xbox 360's for the price my graphics card cost at the time of purchase. Could buy about 10 of them for the price of the whole PC.

I just finished it and it was a blast. The difficult seemed a bit unbalanced but apart from that it's a 7/10 shooter that gets a bump to 9/10 because of it's great use of the Ghobtbusters IP.

Now a have a problem, what to play next: Red Facton or Prototype?
