Try booting with only primary hdd connected and leave it on for a while. If it doesn't freeze then you know where the problem is. It's either that the drive is failing or the particular sata bus is buggered.

Yes I have formatted only partition with windows on it
Im kinda confused by your post..I have to unplug drive that has no windows partition on it? and leave drive that has windows on it and see its still freezing? delete all partition on that drive and then format it right?
and btw I unplug drive that are movies/games NOT the windows drive

Ok
Step 1 Unplug hdd with movies. If no change see Step 2 if it helps see Step 3
Step 2 Del partition with appz on disk that had windows. Then format. Then install windows. If doesnt help see STEP 3 and if it helps then it was because of explorer
Step 3 Del partition with movies then format.

I think your drive is dying. You really need to do a backup now, but Im out of ideas about how to do it in your situation...
Edit: Have you tried copying just one file at the time?

Maybe test your partitions/MBR, your drive can be dying like it is said above or the file system can simply be somewhat corrupted by stupid things like a filepath over 255 characters, unrecognized characters in a filename, etc, windows can then freeze for this... thus look at the files/folder you were accessing with winamp, run a chkdsk /r over that partition and check your drive with an app like partition table doctor or similar.

You need to try to copy file by file. If it doesnt work then try to copy from DOS. If you cant copy anything then you should format disk and run recovery tool for deleted data and try to restore it that way. Btw you should always backup youre data.

Now that you have clean disk you should error check it to see if you have bad sectors.

What brand HDD is it. I got in touch with Seagate today they have a live chat, it was very fast so no waiting. Maybe the drive you have has techs on hand too.
