How do You people handle Your dvds?
I am mostly getting emtec 9dvd for xbox burning and they scratch like fucking hell Evil or Very Mad

Even when hendling them with soft toilet paper or kitchen cloth they scratch like I was using a freaking sand paper.

Offcourse those are light scratches which doesnt cause any read damage.

But even my original discs do that. And Platinium discs. even verbs.

I am burning discs fo almost 15years and never had any problem with discs. I always usen my t-shirt as a cloth Laughing but only lately I started to use soft paper cloths and those are actually worse than tshirt.

I guess It should have been in bitchin section but anyway.

The only scratches you can't fix, are those ontop of the layers of the disc. Scratches on the plastic are fixable. Just look it up on youtube.

You open up your browser. Go to www.youtube.com and search for it. Example: How to fix a scratched DVD / Disc / Blue-Ray ?! Scratch Head

dont be stupid with the toothpaste and peanut butter omfg lol's...

i send mine to skippy disk http://www.skippydiscs.com/

in uk this cost me like £2 and they fixed a xbox disc like it was new, u can do this like 30 times or so until the disc can't be skimmed ever again.. it came back like new, and then they didnt even cash the cheque in i sent with it. So it was done free..

highly reco them, they use some fine ass machines for disc scratches or even more nasty issues...

oh bonus is speaking to them direct, they have some nice sexy voiced irish girls on the phones..

Yo dog I herd if you take a paint brush, soak it with water and push it in the DVD drive to clean the laser assembly works wonders, and it can then read little scratches. Make sure to have the PC running so the head moves in and out and cleans properly. BTW, this should work for all optical drives, including Xbox 360 and PS3.
