It suppose to look the same, since it is a continuation from MWII.
Next year you'll get Black Ops, it will be set centered around clandestine operations between the United States and Soviet Union in the 1980s.

MW III was supposed to be 'large DLC' for MWII but Activision has decided to sell it as a separate game (we can only wonder why).

This. Gameplay in the open beta for MWII was fantastic and got me really hooked, but very quickly that turned into a shitshow with the fucked-up gameplay patches and then all the silliness with the skins, etc.
