Hello,
Not long ago i spilled some water by accident, a little bit of that actually fell on top of the case and into the USB ports there.
Those ports are causing me problems now and are not working properly anymore.
I know the chance of getting a replacement part is small, since i caused the problem myself, but i at least could give it a try.
So forgive me if i wasted your time with this.

That's pretty neat actually that they'd ship out a new board like that. ^_^
Glad I got their PSU then cause if that ever fails on me (hopefully not) I'll just try to get a new one from them

I've also had a good experience with NZXT, one of my 120mm case fans died after like 4 years of use. E-mailed them, and without any hesitation they sent me a replacement next week.

The Switch 810 comes with a bad ass fan hub that no one else makes where everything is flat, no one else makes em like that so I asked to buy a few, they sent me 3 for free, they paid shipping and all.

Had my eye on the 810, might be getting that one end of this year and give the Phantom to my server hardware
