its insane how much info I need to provide to get my secret clearance.. how the hell do i know where my dad lives back home.. i haven't spoken to him in probably 6 years if not more... addresses for last 15 years... all vacations.. EVERYSINGLE ONE... that's 19 just in the last 8 years.... you have to provide exact dates, info , who u went with, their info, all work info and contact for last 15... blablabla... and SO MANY forms to fill out and send... My head is spinning...

Are there any restrictions once you get it as well? A friend of mine works for the ФСБ (former KGB) and when she got her secret clearance she wasn't allowed to go abroad for several years.

looks like standard questions to me I guess for such positions, not only is it to make a history timeline of where you have been who you might of bumped into or dealt with etc for future use against you if you turn out to be a bad egg lol,
but its also to show your commitment/accuracy and how detailed you can be getting that said info.

you whores lol no im just gonna become a federal agent! revive the whole Canadian X-files and what not... But i'll only be Secret clearance... I need TOP secret clearance for the alien stuff!

most of that was done for the police background check... they spoke to my grade 9 teacher... I ddint even remember her name but they found her.... freaky... spoke to my neighbors, coworkers and crap.
