I have this regularly! Best solution? (I'm assuming it's your left shoulder, else do it just opposite as described)
1. Lay flat on your belly, your arms straight next at your body
2. Now raise your right knee to the right, so that your weight is mostly on the front of your left shoulder. You can put your right arm in such a position that you are comfortable, for example under your pillow or whatever.
3. Stay like this until the pain is gone.
Best way to do this actually when you go to sleep, you'll be several hours in this position and the next day you'll wake up without problems. Repeat this for two three days and nothing will be left

Repeated Masturbation Syndrome (RMS) is a bitch, a close second to Abraded Penile Disease (APD). Have you tried alternating between the two arms? If both shoulders are affected, you could get medical assistance from qualified female personnel. I know such things are difficult to talk about with family, but you should tell your mother you suffer from RMS and can't do manual work.
