Season I : War On Streets
Quote:
Straight from the headlines, the 10 year war that schocked a nation
Melbourne, 1995. The Carlton Crew is the dominant crime syndicate, and a decade-long gangland war is about to take place, which will bring the city to its knees. Tied to these events is the rise and fall of career criminal Carl Williams, the man who sought to be the king of Melbourne s underworld.
Those endings though?? Haha. It's like "yeah whatever man, just cut it right here and then straight to music, couldnt care less.." Weirdest / fastest endings ever.
Spoiler:
i was also extremely surprised that the "main bad guy" dies so quick??? even the main theme music seems to be a reference to him (opera), and the main "poster" for the show has him as the guy in the middle.. Yet he did not have much screen time at all. By far the most interesting dude and probably the best actor of the lot, so that was a little odd.
