From what I have heard the update included is not 2.5, but I didn't download it so I can't check.

waste of time then, lets all re-upload a game that you can get clone wise anyhow, just to make it look like its the latest package deal with latest patch removing CP, and then saying "copy over crack from directory"

yeah ok, dooshbags lol..

For some reason, the TiNYiSO doesn't work on my system. I installed the game fine, even set the parameter for the .exe to run as admin. But when I start the game, I see the title screen and then get the msg box that the program is not responding. I'm running Vista x64.

Looked like a great game too. Can you play this game without a joystick? Can you use the mouse?

TiNYiSO version works fine here, both on Vista x64 and Win7 x64.
And yes you can play with mouse and keyboard.

First upgrade to 2.1 and then upgrade to 2.5.

Unless you force the signature to be shown at all times (option in profile) then it won't show signatures when you have a quote in your post.

When software reaches RC stage, it doesn't change much anymore. Mostly bug fixes.

Did they ever fix the Universal Traders so that they actually work?
Last time i tried this one, they would eventually just sit doing nothing and you had to install mods to get them to be of any benefit.

rediculous for those games they make... pretty intense on ones pc or they were, im sure theyre latest is no different, yet they stop large address awareness?

A temporary fix... Rather have the new patch with the new features than wait so they can fix that one issue, right? Smile

dunno just seems odd to keep having issues with that... its like devs dont brush up on latest and greatest, only goto look at top end pc's with 8gb ram having issues with games these days.. Its like the hardware and expectance is moving too fast for the developters..

Yeah it's not exactly ideal, I keep putting off playing Terran Conflict since I want the mods & scripts to mature some more, but hopefully they can fix it quickly.

I'd imagine it's a top priority for them atm., quite a glaring issue in otherwise "finished" game.

From what I've read on their forums they won't fix it because it would involve some major engine rewrites or so they say.
But you can use this tool to reenable LAA.

I have not played it thyttel since a while back, always run smooth for me even when i had my 8800gtx.. The point I was making was most game devs should allow Large address awareness..

Regardless if it still plays well or not..
