Ah amazing, linux based so it should be pretty much ported everywhere pretty soon.
People will be jailbreaking their PS3 from their fucking toasters by the time this is all done.

No, I'm pretty sure that he's right. A SONY JIG would not go through all of the jiggery pokery of pretending it's a USB hub with devices constantly connecting and reconnecting. It's an exploit built around the way in which the jig is recognised but it's not a 1:1 clone of any SONY jig to my knowledge.

I know and I never said it was a 1:1 clone... I said it was a jigstick METHOD. It can't be a 1:1 clone, same as the Pandora, as that *would* be using Sony code and they could shut it down based on that. How the current PSJB works is, according to the analysis, based on hardware and an exploit Sony uses to regain access for flashing.

I'm not sure guys, best bet is to ask on the PSX-Scene forum. The ATMega32U works fine, apparently, so perhaps the ATXMega128 would be good too?

It was removed because of the THREAT of a hack. Jeez, you really do work for Sony, don't you? "Safety"? Newsflash! Running Linux on the PS3 will cause the PS3 to explode and the plastic shards could cause injury!
