I thought the fourth film was a derp fest, so extremely bad it was laughable at almost every turn. Now I've heard this is even worse so im expecting dolph lundgren/chuck norris/van damme level for die hard 5

what apiece of crap. You really have to be a blind fanatic patriot, to enjoy such a crapfest. The premise, that a bunch of teens ALONE fight the entire north korean army is a joke in itself, but that they do that inside NK controlled area at will is even worse.

Everything in this movie is a joke. EVERYTHING.

hey, to be fair, a pampered rich kid, a dog, a virgin and a lesbian manged to defeat the darkspawn army, a single bespectacled nerd named gordy manages to survive more than 5 minutes against aliens from another world, and elite soldiers, when everyone else with any combat training seems to have the life expectancy of a spider i've just noticed, and at the moment im half way through a single burnt-out alcoholic painkiller addicted cop, killing about a quarter of south america, so a couple of teens wiping out north korea isnt the silliest concept ive been through Very Happy

Spoilers but you probably don't care...

I couldn't even imagine how bad it will be. There is no exposition how NK could take over a country, especially being incompetent idiots (in the movie), suffering from storm trooper syndrome. Apparently the action takes place in the future where Obama passed his new restrictive law regarding personal firearms. The occupant seems to be pretty cool and people are alright, even happy about being fisked on checkpoints. The life goes on and it looks like the marial law is not forced on anybody.
The protagonists are douches that you can't get attached to, not to mention try to like them. What's the best? They later meet with three badass, loud mouth douche marines that find and suprise our heroes - something that NK army just can't do with much bigger man power.
It is revealed then that the highly trained US Army can't do shit without the help of amateur miltia...
And so on...
