It is especially bad when scrolling, it's like it freezes... Weird
Edit: I think it has something to do with sigs, they take ages to load, and until they do, scrolling is very choppy. Thing is if I direct link to them they load fine . |
i have the same in IE, with FF its all ok. So i'm using that

I must have said this a million times already: Its IE.
IE's crappy engine doesnt seem too fond of CSS with alot of table-data, the display tags are giving it alot of probs too. There's nothing we can do, blame Internet Exploder or get a better browser. IE is pants anyway, feature, performance, stability and security wise.

I have problems with Firefox. Every time I visit the site, I have to login.
Seems the site forgets my cookies everytime. Already tried to empty cache and delete cookies. Same problem.

Is the nav bar on left a java applet (as opposed to java script)? The page always stops to load for a long time when it hits the nav bar. Java applets are the worst pieces of shite to slow down browsers to a crawl.

Niether actually. We do have to use a javascript hack in IE tho, so it mimics CSS behaviour as specified in the specs. God damn M$ and IE. IE is nothing but a plague.

Hmmm, the pauses are helped a lot with sigs turned off but it still happens on occasion.
Either the navbar or the adverts causing it perhaps?

Scaramanga, the clicktorrent.info is not a "problem" or a "bug". Its an ad-server which is probably overloaded and thus hangs the page. It doesnt matter which browser you use. We are trying to find a way to solve it because its slowing the page down considerably, we know.
