Oblivion - 6/10
A console game, basically. Pretty graphics and a story that attempts to be oh so groundbreaking (for games), but ultimately hollow.

I can see that. I disagree with your opinion.

Oblivion - 4/10
Looks nice, but that's about it. Highly derivative of a bunch of other, much better movies and seemingly lacking any original ideas of its own. Nothing special.

I find its moral implications to be very non sci-fi.

Side Effects 8.5/10 - Very nice and stylish movie with a sweet plot. Also really enjoy Jude Law, good solid actor.

And what is she gonna do when the minimum of 50 more Jack Harper's show up? Thats gonna be some worn out pussy, guys.. |

Apart from that, the movie was certainly ok, but too predictable (like everyone says).
6.5/10
"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

I'd say all the 'non excistent' technology makes it enough sci-fi
That being said I wouldn't rate it highly as a sci-fi movie, just an entertaining one to kill time

21 Jump Street - 6/10
My first movie with Tatum and yeah I can see that his acting is not natural but thankfully it was not very distracting.
The problem with the movie is that it tries way too hard to make you laugh, they throw 10 jokes per minute at you and not all of them are funny anyway.. Had the script been balanced for pacing I would have rated the movie a bit higher. On the other hand there ARE some moments that made me LOL, especially during the last half hour, which is the reason my rating ended up at 6 from the initial 5.5
Still I really cannot understand why critics loved the movie as much as they did.. (85% RT)
TWIN PEAKS is "something of a miracle."
"...like nothing else on television."
"a phenomenon."
"A tangled tale of sex, violence, power, junk food..."
