First the sexpart. Even though you've told her that you're experienced i think your best bet would be to tell her the truth. If she gets pissed at you for this and leaves you she wasnt worth it anyways. If it was purely a sexthing then you could continue the lie i guess but as you said, you intend to keep her and if she respects and loves you as a person and not only as a fuckstick then she'll take it well.
As for the other guy part. I'm with Syco on this, if he wants to throw some fists dont back down, worst case scenario he'll bang you up but so what? You stood up for yourself and your girl and that's what counts. And another thing, bigger guys arent good fighters by default, muscles dont automatically make you Bruce Lee. If he is an unexperienced fighter a punch to the nose with some blood as a result will most probably send him running.
