My opinion too. The storytelling is the weakest part. And the fact that you can club down a dozen guards in an open fight.

To be fair, Chapter 1 felt like a part of the prologue. It was VERY short, took me 14min to complete. All the other chapters took me 43-58min to complete.

Piece of shit game, this looks worse than dark messiah of might and magic which is a what? 6 fucking year old game? And the bugs. FUCK MY SOUL, i'm stuck on chapter one as whenever i try to leave the clock house the level reloads.
Same story with Castlevania 2. Aside from the shit as fuck gameplay and dated graphics, im now stuck half way through in a fucking invisible wall on top of an elevator. Thank god fuck Mist form right? Cause a game with clipping issues needs a no clip mode.

I played it on PS3 and it looks like crap and considering the BIK are mostly likely the same as the PS4 / XBONE / PC version, I expect the PC, PS4, XBONE version to look like crap too.
The PS3 version already look like crap for a PS3 standard, so I think the fact the game looks like crap isn't really because of the hardware but more because it's dated. The "next gen" version is probably just 1080p + buffed up textures as expected. Yes, even the pre-rendered BIK look like crap for what should be a PS3 game, so imagine that.... Only thing is that obviously the BIK aren't aliased, which is what you can expect on PS4 in 1080p..
Otherwise, the gameplay is pretty good, but it's a bit slow...
Even Bioshock Infinite, which is UE3 too, looks a LOT better on PS3...

Right! I mean, it boggles my mind the mental jumping jacks people perform to justify their negative opinion of a game.

hi and welcome to new gen. when new gen consoles are out, old gen versions of same game are usually handled by shittier external porting studio, or less talented team from main studio. AC4 is another fine example of this, where 360/ps3 versions looked like diarrhea cover in rotten puke.

That's actually not true, AC IV looked fine on PS3/Xbox 360, it was only a bit slow (and sometimes VERY slow on PS3). Sure it looks much better on PS4/PC, but for the dated console's graphical capabilities AC IV looked pretty good (except the very first island).
Now Thief IS indeed fugly, it's like a PS2 port with higher resolution. PS3 and Xbox 360 can do much more than that, Dishonored on PS3 is "next get" compared to that POS Thief graphics.

No, it doesn't look like a PS2 port with higher res. Graphics are simply "nice" or "tolerable" at least.
The game is pretty good at Master Custom Classic Thief difficulty. I'll play a couple of hours more on PS3 and I'll put it on halt until the release of the PC version.

The game is easy with even on the highest difficulty. Metal Gear Solid 3 is much more difficult for example...

The game looks better than PS2/XBOX1 games, come on, but it looks so-so for a PS360 game.
That being said, as I said earlier, therefore don't expect it to look a lot better on better hardware : the game is dated graphically and it doesn't have anything to do with the platforms. Obviously bumping up the resolution to 1080p always help, imagine a game like The Last of Us in 1080p, it would look ages better....
Dishonored didn't look very good on PS360 either to be honest.... It looked maybe a little bit better but not a lot : it was still UE3. I thought it looked like shit actually for a PS360 game. Play a recent PS3 game like God of War Ascension, Beyond Two Souls, Bioshock Infinite or Tomb Raider and see the difference here. The PS3 is capable of much more than these games...
As somebody said above, it's likely some external team handled the thief port and ported the PS4 version which already looked so-so....
And I agree with above, I thought AC4 looked worse on PS3 than AC3.... The PS4 version looked a lot better, and looked what I expected it to look on PS3, but in 720p + aliasing....

This! I found Dishonored a fulgy ass game on x360, and never finished it. But at least it had a cleaner look than Thief 4, with its vaseline motion blur and that shadow filter. Dishonoreds only flaw was ugly textures and awful lighting.

This game is pretty bad, not that i didnt expect it.
Framerate sucks ass sometimes i really think its 15 fps especially when the camera is making some movements over the area, also i was less then 1 hour in the game and already an enemy was just patrolling an area and got stuck turning a 100000 circles around itself, clearly a bug but come on.. already in the first hour? dont you guys test your game or what, its not that i interacted with the guard on a weird spot its just doing its own patrolling.

Damn he's fast, so how he liked the ending? Was it good or terrible?
Something I noticed is that the game endings in today's games are pretty horrible, the endings in old games were more satisfying.

done that, he only wrote that he finished the main story, but he hasn't written how the story was overall and how the ending was, or do I miss something?
