Game runs good when walking around with the settings sabin1981 suggested but it stutters a lot when driving.

Has anyone gotten far enough to see what effect on the game your choices have? You can take part in "Balance of Power" missions, which dictate which followup missions you have and who takes control of the Golden Path. I'm curious just how much effect this has on the game.

Ok,back on topic though..
How do you JUST disable the UBISOFT/DUNIA/FC3's Elephant/Tiger videos to get straight to the menu?..They're a bit long and UNSKIPPABLE

question about the crack and shangri la
 Spoiler: | i just got to shangrila, I came out of the water, but as soon as i walk up the path a way I get the leaving mission warning and then it fails, I have no objective etc, is this crack related or am i a moron |

That was reported on RIN and it seems it's a bug.. either one that is fixed in the launch 1.1/1.2 patches, or an issue with the uplay emulator. Guess that's our Jerusalem

yep seems like it, cant even reload at this point, well that was fun while it lasted. |

I do what I did with fc3
Hunted all the animals, got all the upgrades, do all towers.
Then Easy mode engaged. |

Towers are easy once you're comfortable with the Helicopter, just flying there, takeover. Gotta be careful though, they can be a litte wacky when they are placed too close.

After 7 hours, 12/32 story missions and quite a few side missions, I think I'm done for now.
I'll wait until the game is officially released and those patches become available.
Game if fun, but mouse input is messed up, it feels as if you're trying to aim with a malfunctioning gamepad.

Seriously, what the hell. Downloaded the crackfix and I'm still crashing after the prologue when I try to open the door where the guy is getting tortured.

I had, remove USB-devices to fix (not kb/mouse) for me the prob was x360 receiver.

I really disliked fc3. It became so boring after 10 hours and I've stopped on second island

It's exactly like FC3, quite possibly even larger. It has more refinements but yep... same game, so if you didn't like that then you won't like this all that much more.

Damn it, I was hoping it was the frankenpatch from RIN but the same thing is happening here .. sometimes "collecting" an item on the map, or discovering an unknown location, doesn't remove its icon
