Every game since Oblivion, modders have fixed Bethesda's shit inventory and menu UI. Yet, for some reason, they still keep messing up their inventory and UI. Probably because unpaid modders will fix it but ffs.
Trading stuff with a companion would be so much easier if they just had a drag and drop thing instead of having to trade via menu.
Also I check the map and to go back to the game, I go through 3/4 screens. I could hold tab of course but that still takes an almost similar length of time.
And picking up a side quest is pain because it expects me to walk a couple of km that way to get to some outpost that looks the same as the previous outpost I raided with the same chest and enemy locations.
Fucking Bethesda.

I kinda hope microsoft really kick some of their traditional laziness out of them, but they probably view the release as a huge hit anyway and couldn't care less about specific PC issues

2-3 fps gain with high options (except for particles at medium) right after character selection.

You press the 'end' button in-game and check if dlss is active it uses reshare interface
Also make sure to enable fsr2 in game options

You can also do this
regedit -> Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NVIDIA
Corporation\Global\NGXCore ->[(right-click on empty space, create a new) = ]DWORD (32-bit Value) ->
[(name it)=] ShowDlssIndicator -> Value = 1024 (Decimal)
It will show internal and upscaled resolution bottom left, along with dlss version
L.E if you wanna disable it change the value from 1024 to 0
out of sig inspiration for the moment

Yes, that works with any game when you enable DLSS and as far as i know you can only change that in the registry but i might be wrong
out of sig inspiration for the moment

Also make sure to enable fsr2 in game options | That works for the second one, but not for the first one (assuming I'm installing it correctly, supposedly you just unpack the 3 files in the base game folder and then chuck in the nvngx_dlss.dll in that folder too). For the second mod I have/see no clue if it's working or not.
EDIT: Mixed that up. The one that I don't know if it's working is

Yeah, I'm hoping MS at least breaths down their necks to get them to shape up on their QOL and technical/performance issues patching.
Also Akila and the Freestar Collective is just another example of how Bethesda's writers don't really think about things much.
They're basically saying that the faction that is a rival of the UC, that managed to beat the UC in the colony war with their advanced mechs and starships, don't know about urban planning? That they can't pave their streets? Even after 200 or 300 years since settling the place?
It's like they were told that this faction would be Space Cowboys, so they went and made them as a faction who cosplays as cowboys. In space. Nevermind that a space cowboy would mean a culture that is on the frontiers of space and would dress up to the demands of the frontiers. Dressing up as an 1800s cowboy and building out your settlement as to what the wirters think is a space western town just shows the writers lack of critical thinking.
Plus have they seen a western? Those towns are basially wide center streets with building build cleanly to the sides.
This is basically like how in their Fallout games, they have people acting like the bombs fell just a decade or two ago, or have people living rough in a burnt out ruin not even tidying up the place or moving the skeleton that's been sitting on that couch for 200ish years.
